Bill and Barbara Parker of Ardmore celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary earlier this month with their family at their favorite vacation destination — Bella Vista, Ark. — just 30 miles away from Eureka Springs, where they honeymooned back in 1959.
Bill and Barbara were joined by their three daughters, Teri and Jeff Hubbard, Julie Parker and Susan and Brody Pettit. Two of Bill’s brothers and two of Barbara’s sisters also joined in the fun.
A week of golf, family time and great meals culminated with a large family dinner party, which was a fitting celebration of the couple’s 50 years.
Bill and Barbara have lived in Ardmore for the past 33 years.
