Mr. and Mrs. James Wright, Ardmore, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 10, 2009 with a reception held in their honor at the home of their son, Jimmy. They were married on that date in 1959 in Gainesville, Texas.
They have three sons, Jimmy and wife, Darla Wright; Robert and wife, Debbie Wright; and Ronnie Wright. They also have five grandchildren.
