Stinson

Harold and Laquita Stinson of Ardmore recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Fireside Dining, hosted by their son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Denise Stinson, along with their granddaughters, Emily and Elizabeth Stinson, all of Ardmore. They also took a trip to Branson, Mo.

The former Laquita Jackson was married to Harold Stinson in Gainesville, Texas on Aug. 27, 1949. They lived in Texas, Illinois and Oklahoma while in the United States Air Force before settling in Ardmore.

Laquita was employed in banking, and Harold has been employed in automotive service in Ardmore.

They are both active in their church and the Ardmore Council #151 with UCT.
