Mr. and Mrs. Willie Robinson, Healdton, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on May 2, 2009, at Cattle Rustlers Steakhouse in Ardmore.

The couple were married on that date in 1949 in Wichita Falls, Texas. They lived in Cortez, Colo., for two years before moving to Healdton, where they have lived since. Willie served his country for four years in World War II before they married.

Willie and Annice owned and operated Robinson Tractor Service for 28 years. Willie operated a dozer in Oklahoma for 18 years and two years in Colorado.

He and Annice spent 12 years farming. During this time, they raised four children, Randall Robinson, Healdton; and Wilma Coxs, Rodger Robinson and Richard Robinson, all of Lone Grove.

They have six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
