- The Carter County Jr. Livestock Show gets started Wednesday. Students prepare their goats, sheep and hogs. Hog judging starts at 3:00 Wednesday. Sheep, goat, heifer and steer judging is Thursday and the premium sale is set for Friday, all at Hardy Murphy Coliseum.
