- Parents Steven and Angela Phillips unveil a plaque stating Army Specialist Micheal E. Phillips, who was killed in action February 24, 2008 in Shula, Iraq, be dedicated and named to the Ardmore Post Office. Congressman Tom Cole, left, made remarks at The Veterans Center where the plaque was unveiled Tuesday. A presentation of colors by the 910th Quartermaster Company Army Reserve and singing of the National Anthem by Angela Richards preceded the unveiling.
