Graveside services for Jane B. Nelson will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery in Elgin. She will be inurned next to her beloved husband and best friend Jerry Nelson.

Lloyd George "L.G." Patton Jr., age 70, of Ardmore, passed away on Aug. 16, 2014. He was born on Sept. 13, 1943, in Marietta, to Lloyd G. Patton Sr. and Jeanette "Brown" Patton.

Carl Curtis Dodson, 94, passed away on Sunday in Arlington, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in The Chapel at Griffin - Hillcrest, Ardmore, with interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Lauren Marie Smith entered this life on July 5, 2002, in Ardmore. She entered the pearly gates of heaven where she was met by her Mother-Gran, Nonna and Mamaw Saturday at the young age of 12 years, 1 month and 11 days.
