Waurika (3-7, 3-5 in District A-4) scored three touchdowns in the opening quarter, one in the second and one in the third before Wilson was able to dent the scoreboard.


Levi Henderson ran it in from three yards out to start the Waurika scoring. Jimmy Torrez found the end zone on an 11-yard run and quarterback Sean Hall hit Matt Wilkerson with a 25-yard scoring toss to up the Waurika lead to 20-0 after the first 12 minutes.


In the second, Hall hit Stephen Chupp with a 44-yard touchdown pass, and early in the third quarter, Wilkerson scored on a 21-yard run for a 32-0 Waurika lead.


Later in the third quarter, Mark Beals broke loose for a 57-yard touchdown run to finish the game’s scoring. Quarterback Weston Adams hit Dakota Howard for the two-point conversion.


Beals led Wilson (0-8, 0-7) with 15 carries for 90 yards.


Also on Friday, Coalgate defeated Marietta 21-19, and on Saturday, the Arkansas School for the Deaf beat OSD 58-26. No further information on either game was available.
