Former Plainview standout Paige Martin transferred from SMU to the four-time defending NAIA women’s golf champions.

“I’m very excited to add another player to our squad,” said OCU coach M.J. Desbiens via press release. “Paige is coming to us with a tremendous amount of experience from playing at SMU as a freshman. She also has great athletic abilities that will benefit our team.”

Martin, a sophomore from Ardmore, finished tied for seventh at the Conference USA Championships last season. As a senior at Plainview, she won the Class 3A state championship and was an Oklahoma Coaches Association all-state selection.
