“Our recipes have an international flavor this season,” Dunn said. “Mushroom Napoleon” marries traditional goat cheese with portabella mushrooms for a savory twist to a wholesome culinary sensation. “Mexican Lasagna” will dazzle the palate with zesty salsa and the pungent flavor of cilantro, commonly called Mexican parsley. “Spicy Asian Shrimp Salad” melds lime juice and hot chili paste with spring greens and shrimp for a zippy flavor blast.
