Dolly Lottie Earnhart, of Ardmore, was born on June 23, 1937, in Daisy, Oklahoma, to the late Floyd “Bud” Thomas and Thelma Lee (Burk) Smith. She passed away Wednesday evening, April 21, 2010, at the Ardmore, Oklahoma, hospital at the age of 72 years, 9 months and 28 days.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2010, at the Harvey-Douglas Centennial Chapel with Mr. Rob Smith officiating.

 

Family visitation will be held this evening from 7 to 8 p.m., at the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home, Ardmore, Oklahoma.

 

Dolly had lived in the Ardmore area most of her life and was a member of the Eastern Star, Chapter No. 717, where she had served as the Past Matron. She enjoyed crafts, bingo and watching basketball on TV.
Dolly married Nevel Ray Earnhart Jr., in Texas.

 

Dolly is survived by her children, Debra L. Gregory and husband, Ricky of Mannsville, Oklahoma, Jackie W. Dollar and wife, Teresa of Noble, Oklahoma, Sheila K. Loveless of Norman, Oklahoma, and James Lee Stafford and wife, Annette of Greenville, Oklahoma; grandchildren, David Hokett, Randale Hokett, Chris Stafford, Brandon Newell, Alicia Newell and Ray Lee Dollar; great-grandchildren, Kaci, Taylor, Courtney, Stoney, Montana, Madison, Allison, Brandon, Hugh, Jasper and Ariel; brother, Lonnie Jackson of Amarillo, Texas; sister, Christine Jackson of Denver, Colorado; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

Dolly was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and three brothers, Junnie Clinton Smith, Claudus Eugene Smith and Gene Jackson.
