Donny was born Nov. 16, 1959, in Alice, Texas, to Mr. Alec Holbein and Mrs. Carole Kay (McNeal) Holbein. Our Papa went home in the early evening hours in the arms of our Mimi on Wed. June 16, 2010, at Healdton, Okla.

Donny attended school at Hebbronville, Texas, where he also attended church at St. James Episcopal Church. After graduating from school there he began working for Halliburton and was employed for 17 years in Texas. He then moved to Ratliff City, Oklahoma, and met the love of his life, Tresa Kay Brown. At Ratliff City he worked as a building contractor for several years.

Donny always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger. He loved life and enjoyed fishing, camping and of course Ford Trucks. He loved his family, friends and grandchildren above the love of his life, Tresa Kay Brown, and sons, Michael Sean Brown and Kevin Teafatiller. Papa, you will be greatly missed, never forgotten and we will always love you.

Preceding him in death is his father, Mr. Alec Holbein.
