Law enforcement authorities are looking for a man who robbed an Ardmore bank Wednesday morning.


Law enforcement authorities are looking for a man who robbed an Ardmore bank Wednesday morning.

 

Sgt. Ruben Garcia, Ardmore Police Department public information officer, said the suspect entered IBC Bank, 313 W. Broadway St., at about 10:30 a.m. and showed a teller a note demanding money. The man then walked out of the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured in the robbery.

 

The suspect is described a white male in his early 40s with short hair, 6 feet tall and between 195 and 225 pounds. He was wearing a blue shirt, blue pants, a ball cap and sunglasses.

 

The FBI is participating in the investigation because bank robbery is a federal crime.
