The Cappella Court Gardens in Carrollton, Texas, were decorated in white roses and calla lilies for the Oct. 9, 2009, wedding of Leah Rae Brumley and Kelvin Douglas Schma.

 

Jeremy Sanders performed the ceremony and nuptial music was presented by Jaime Kimberlin and Oliver Aguero.

 

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Vic Brumley, Ardmore; Dedera Crockett, Grand Junction, Colo.; and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Schma, Dallas. Grandparents are the late Mrl and Mrs. Robert Arterburn; Robert Stroud, Buna, Texas; the late Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Ray Brumley; Mr. and Mrs. Don Wilfong, Payson, Ariz.; Mardie Schma, St. Helena, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schma, Kerrville, Texas; Claire Ihle, Slatter, Iowa; and the late Merv Ihle.

 

The bride’s great-grandmother is Eula Calvert, El Dorado, Kan.

 

The bride wore a formal Maggie dress of pearl white satin with a beaded bust and lace-up back.

 

Honor attendants were Amanda Smith, Plano, Texas; and Brian Schma, Dallas.

 

Other members of the wedding party were Lauren Ozanus, Plano, Texas; Riley Williams, Norman; Chad Bruce, Derrek Bruce and Katie Rich, Dallas; Jackson Ramon, Ardmore; Madison Miller; Michelle Crockett; Brayden Brumley; David Crockett; and Bryan Harris.

 

The couple spent their honeymoon in the Cayman Islands. They live in Dallas.
