The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office said late Thursday the thirteenth Multicounty Grand Jury issued no indictments when jurors met this week.


 


A report issued about the session when ran Tuesday through Thursday said, “the grand jury received the testimony of witnesses and numerous exhibits in several different matters. the time allotted this session did not permit the

grand jury to complete its investigation of the matters heard.”

The grand jury is in recess, “to permit the summoning of additional witnesses and the gathering of addition physical evidence by the investigators assisting the grand jury.”

 

The grand jury will reconvene May 15 to resume its investigation. The session will continue through May 17.
