Graveside funeral service for Hazel Fern Keith, 76, Lawton, will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the Letitia Cemetery, east of Lawton, with the Rev. Jimmy Lehew officiating.
Mrs. Keith died Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at her residence.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
Mrs. Keith was born July 25, 1936, in Wilson, Oklahoma, to Grady and Jessie (Pulis) Davis.
She grew up in Ardmore, Oklahoma, and was a graduate of Plainview High School. She married Dixon E. Keith on May 10, 1953, in Ardmore. He preceded her in death on June 27, 2005.
Mrs. Keith was primarily a homemaker but had worked at one time for Western Electric in Oklahoma City. She was a member of the Locust Grove Baptist Church. Her favorite pastime was sitting on the porch, smoking cigarettes.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Danny E. and Arlene Keith, Sterling, and Grady S. and Teri Keith, east of Lawton; a daughter, Lugene Fern Keith, east of Lawton; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Dixon and Kristy Keith, Theresa and Rance Jameson, Christopher and Sarah Keith, Samantha and Darrin Nightengale, Chaz and Heather Keith, Destrye Keith and Katie Keith; seven great-grandchildren, Kylea, Sadie, Haylea, Abigail, Macala, Ty and Parker; and a sister, Rita Gail, Oklahoma City.
Her parents, a brother, Bobby Davis, and a sister, Ruth Thurston, preceded her in death.
