DAVIS — Funeral services for Robin Jeannice Rogers will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at the First Baptist Church of Davis with Pastor Alan McCoy and Chaplain Sam Garner officiating. Interment will follow at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur.
Robin was born on Jan. 27, 1970, in Ardmore, Okla., to Roy William and Jeannine "Judy" (Lawson) Rogers. She died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 42 years 10 months and 2 days. Robin and Jeffery Lee Rogers were married on Jan. 28, 2001, in Tulsa, Okla.
After graduating from Sulphur High School in 1988, Robin continued her studies at East Central University and the University of Oklahoma. She earned a master's degree in business administration, a minor in counseling and a bachelor's in criminal justice. She was employed as a business development manager for Bob Howard Auto Group in Oklahoma City. In her spare time, Robin enjoyed riding motorcycles. She loved her animals; her dog, "Ace", her one cat, "Lucky" and especially her dog, "Rolex".
Survivors include her husband, Jeff; parents, Roy and Rolanda Rogers of Dougherty; two brothers, Butch Rogers and wife, Jayme of Hartshorne and Clint Grinstead of Davis; sister, Courtney Grinstead-Eason of Davis; grandmother, Lena May (Wade) Rogers of Sulphur; father and mother in-law, Houston "Hoot" and Janice Rogers; two brothers-in-law, Mike Rogers and wife, Carolyn and Mark Rogers and wife, Shelly, all of Davis; aunt, Janice Rogers of Norman; uncles, Perry Lawson and wife, Beverly, Bobby Lawson and wife, Pat and John Robert Wade and wife, Wanda; nieces and nephews, Allee Rogers, Langston and Jolee Grinstead, Abby Eason, and Austin, Jerico, Kendal, Haley and Haydn Rogers; as well as, numerous cousins, including Carol Wade.
Robin was preceded in death by her mother, Jeannine "Judy" Rogers; paternal grandfather, Robert Stoney Rogers; and maternal grandparents, Raymond and Maymie Lawson.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mike and Mark Rogers, Steven Pyle, Pete Haines, Robert Monachella and Mark Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be Langston Grinstead, Austin, Jerico and Haydn Rogers, as well as, A.C. and Margret Rowell.

Casket bearers will be Barry Hurst, Omar Ramirez, Dennis Loper, Sam Quintana, Ronnie Hilton, David Jacobs and Ryan Hurst. Honorary bearers are Gary Don Goodlett, Michael Lewis, George Buckley and Joe Lewis.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 this evening at the funeral home.
