  • A 29-year-old woman, driving under the influence of drugs, was injured early Thursday when she crashed her 2003 Hyundai in a residential yard, located on a county road.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the crash occurred about midnight 1.6 miles west and 6 miles south of Kingston. Patrol reports indicate Rebekah L. Leih was taken by a passing motorist to a relative's residence in Kingston and later taken by ambulance to Integris Marshall County Medical Center in Madill. She was then airlifted to OU Medical Center where she was admitted with multiple injures. Leih's condition was described as stable at the time she was admitted to the metro hospital.

Leih was injured while driving southbound on the county road. The car ran off the road and hit a culvert, Leih then over-corrected and the car ran into a residential yard and struck a tree.
Leih was wearing a seatbelt. However, her condition was described as under the influence of illegal drugs and the cause of the crash was listed as driving under the influence (drugs).
