  • Funeral services for Christian Ann Clemens will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Donny Custar officiating. Interment will follow at the Woodberry-Forest Cemetery in Madill, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening at the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.

    Christian was born May 9, 1977, in Greensboro, North Carolina, to David Worth and Clarasa Ann (Dillard) Barker. She died Wednesday morning, December 5, at her Lone Grove, Oklahoma, residence.
    Christian married Thor Andre Clemens on June 3, 2006, at the Chickasaw Lake Club in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
    Christian was a graduate of Plainview High School in 1995. She loved drawing and working with her arts and crafts. Christian loved her sports, and enjoyed being able to play softball, watch Monday Night RAW, and cheering for her favorite Earnhardt's, Dale and Dale Jr. She also loved spending time with her animals. She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
    Christian is survived by her husband, Thor Clemens of the home; parents, David and Clarasa Barker of Madill, Oklahoma; grandmother, Eldreth Hartzog-Dillard of West Jefferson, North Carolina; brothers, Travis Barker and wife, Darschell of Kingston, Oklahoma, Gene Barker and wife, Melody of Sherman, Texas, and David W. Barker II and wife, Danielle of Texarkana, Texas; sisters, Chene' Hartman of Kannapolis, North Carolina, and Candie Ann Ponczka and husband, Tim of Huntersville, North Carolina; mother-in-law, Pauline Clemens of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
    Christian was preceded in death by her grandparents, Thomas Gene Dillard, and Jack and Helen Barker.
    Casket bearers will be Travis Barker, Gene Barker, David Barker II, Gene Johnson, Jared Johnson and Travis Layton.
    Honorary casket bearers will be Cade Barker, Cole Barker, Casey Barker, Luke Ponczka, Trey Layton and Trevor Layton.
