  • Graveside services for Mavis Geraldean Clayton-Tunnell will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 at the pavilion at Crinerville Cemetery.

    Mavis was born Dec. 29, 1953 in Ardmore to John Prince and Fannie Carroll Tunnell. She passed from this life on Jan. 6, 2013 in Ardmore at the age of 59.

    She was a lifelong resi­dent of this area. She was a truck driver and en­joyed traveling all over the world. She loved her dogs, enjoyed going to church, and visiting with relatives and friends.

    She was preceded by her parents John and Fannie; and step-son Jerry Bro­zowski. Mavis is survived by her step-daughter Kristy Rutledge of Moore, Okla.; sister Shirley Scog­gins of Ardmore; brothers Thomas Tunnell and his wife Paulette of Ardmore, John Tunnell and his wife Latisha of Ardmore; two grandchildren Ariel and Jace; uncle Pete Carroll and wife Diane of Ard­more; and a very special friend Gary Huff of Lone Grove.

    Pallbearers will be John Tunnell, Thomas Tunnell, Scotty Minyard, Jesse Sharp, Timmy Morris and Larry Conner.
