Funeral services for Virgal Ray Bagley, 61, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in the Harvey-Douglas Centennial Chapel with Dr. Alton Fannin officiating. Burial with military honors provided by the U.S. Army will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
The son of Daniel Virgal and Wilma Winona Patton Bagley, Virgal was born December 5, 1951, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and passed away January 19, 2013, in Ardmore.
His father preceded him in death.
A resident of the Ardmore area most of his life, Virgal served in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany. After his honorable discharge, Virgal worked in construction and was a certified welder.
Virgal is survived by his daughter, Stacy Rae` Kipps and her husband, Jimmy of Tecumseh, Okla.; son, Darrell Ray of Ardmore; his mother, Winona of Ardmore; granddaughters, Elizabeth Deloris and Makayla Jordan Kipps; and grandson, Darrell Wayne Bagley and his former wife, Terry Haynes.
Bearers will be W.A. McLain, Larry Smith, Blake Carroll, Glenn G. Smith, Ryan Clark and Jamie Scott. Honorary bearers will be Leslie Knisley and Dee Davis.
