Cletus Coffee, age 77, of Lone Grove, Okla., passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, Okla. Mr. Coffee was born September 9, 1935, in Bromide, Okla., to the late Josephine and Dension Coffee of Oklahoma.
Mr. Coffee, after 18 years of service, retired as superintendent from two of the largest cotton gins located in San Jouquin Valley of California.
He is survived by Barbara Coffee his loving wife of 57 years from Lone Grove, Okla.; brother, Hershal Coffee of Elmore City, Okla.; sisters, Maxcine Pittman Sulphur, Okla., Faye Penick of San Pablo, Calif., and Fern Salazar of Rodeo, Calif.; children, sons, Michael Coffee, Davis, Okla., Joel Coffee, Lone Grove, Okla., and Patrick Coffee, Fresno, Calif.; five grandchildren, Jennifer and husband, Chad Fielding of Davis, Okla., Briana Coffee of Oklahoma City, Okla., Christa and David Mann of Davis, Okla., Kellie Coffee of Lawton, Okla., and Cydni Coffee of Lone Grove, Okla.; nine great-grandchildren, Jordan, Zachary, Ethan, Gehrig, Wyatt, Mantle, Ava, Rai Rai and Gemma; and also a special friend, Beau Pruitt.
