The Love County Community Choir will sponsor its 20th Celebration of the Negro in History at 4 p.m. Sunday at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

The annual celebration will be comprised of a musical, incorporating negro spirituals, gospel hymns, metered hymns, spirituals form the 50's and traditional spirituals.

Members of the 20voice choir will solo and narrate the event, which will open with the audience singing the National Negro Anthem, "Lift Every Voice and Sing.

The welcome address and the occasion will be presented by Mrs. Willie Kirk, organizer of the event. The celebration will conclude with a light meal in the church fellowship hall.
