  • Lillian Ann (Eudy) Eads, age 72, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013, in Ardmore. Services will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013, in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest, Ardmore, with Pastor Jody Ham officiating. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Ardmore.
    Ann was born on October 1, 1940, in Ardmore, to Lonnie Florman Eudy and Ettie Anna (Hawkins) Eudy. She married Paul Dewayne Eads on October 3, 1958, at Province Church in Dickson.
    She attended Dickson schools. She worked most of her life as a homemaker. Ann was a member of the Southwest Pentecostal Church of God and was devoted to her church. She taught Sunday School and was the Sunday School Superintendent. Ann was always willing to give devotions to those who would listen. Ann was always willing to volunteer for anything needed in the church. She was known by all as Meme. "Meme" loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. Ann was always lifting up her family as being the best.
    Ann was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Paul.
    She is survived by her son, Tony D. Eads and wife, Naomi Copeland of Dickson; daughters, Sherry L. Meyer and husband, Rick of Lone Grove, Anna L. Virgin and husband, Philip of Ardmore, and Barbara M. Blankenship and husband, Rodney of Burneyville; and brother, L.F. Eudy and wife, Henryetta of Richardson, Texas.
    Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky Meyer, David Meyer, Jesse Meyer, Ryan Eads, Derek Aycox and Damian Lebron. Honorary bearers will be her grandkids and great-grandkids.
    Family visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home, Ardmore.
