Jerry Wayne Davis

Jerry Wayne Davis, age 62, passed away at his home in Ardmore, Okla., on Saturday, March 16, 2013. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednes­day, March 20, 2013, at Durwood Cemetery with Pastor Morgan Ashworth officiating.

Jerry was born on Feb­ruary 17, 1951, at Phila­delphia, Mississippi, to Mike Davis Sr. and Mar­tha (Tubby) Davis. Jerry attended Seneca and Se­quoyah Indian Schools and received his certificate at Truck Driving School in Tampa, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mar­tha Davis.

Jerry is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Davis and Tanya Blackburn; one son, Stuart C. Davis; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one sister, Donna Spot­tedCorn; four brothers, James G. Davis, Edmund K. Davis, Mike Davis Jr. and Patrick Davis; numer­ous nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dakota Kishketon, Eric Copeland, Jonathan Williamson, Arthur Wil­liamson III, Chris Cronley and Mike Davis Jr. Honor­ary bearers will be Albert Lewis, Ira Dale Sampson and George Blalock.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Griffin~Hillcrest.
