  • Oklahoma military families looking for an out-of-this-world adventure can camp out by a giant dinosaur, sleep under the stars or even in a giant mouth during the Oklahoma 4-H Operation: Military Kids Bright Nights event slated March 29-30 at the Oklahoma Science Museum in Oklahoma City.

“There are all sorts of fun and exciting things to do at the Oklahoma Science Museum. The planned activities will introduce families to science in a fun, interactive and exciting manner,” said Pat McNally, OMK coordiantor. “Families can learn more about the physics of bridge building, dress as your favorite Jedi knight, explore the stars and even ride a Segway.”

    Online registration is due Friday.

The cost is $10 per person for military families and $30 per person for non-military participants. Participants may register at http://events.constantcontact.com/register/event?llr=iouicojab&oeidk=a07e5t0uygbf7f34228.
