  • As she works to earn her Wohelo Award, Maisie Brown, Ardmore, is coordinating an effort to help the Family Shelter of Southern Oklahoma.
The Wohelo Award is the highest honor in Camp Fire and stands for work, health and love.
"I saw where they needed help on Facebook and chose to help them," Brown said.
Dropoff locations are New Hope Free Will Baptist Church in Lone Grove, the Camp Fire Hut and the Family Shelter.
Brown will be picking up all donations on April 25. Donations are tax deductible.
