  • Services for Ruby Jean Billingsley will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Family of God Church with Dr. Scott Carpenter and Don Preston officiating. Interment will be at Lone Grove West Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013, at the funeral home.
    Ruby was born July 2, 1949, at Madill, to Jimmie Clifton and Ada Beaver Clifton. She passed from this life on March 26, 2013, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 63.
    She and Joe Billingsley were married on December 27, 1988, at Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was a lifelong resident of this area. Ruby loved to cross-stitch, spend time with her grandkids, go fishing and visiting and socializing with her family and friends. Ruby was retired but during her working years, she worked as a teller at a bank, servicer at (Uniroyal) Michelin and at a vending company. She will be missed by many.
    She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Clifton; and daughter, Shelly Johnson.
    Ruby is survived by her husband, Joe of the home; mother, Ada Clifton of Ardmore; daughters, Janet Hutter of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Sha Billingsley of Oklahoma City, Okla.; son, Todd Billingsley and wife, Joyce of Rockwell, Texas; sister, Linda Rawson and husband, H.T. of Dickson; grandchildren, Kaylinn Hutter, Jarad Hutter, Blake Billingsley and Brynn Billingsley.
    Pallbearers will be Dr. Jessie Storts, Jack Gelona, Kenny Phipps, Mickey Pettit, Grant Jackson and Henry Ross. Honorary bearers are Wes Eldridge, Terry Eldridge, Mike Faught, Kenny Brown, Don Clark and Wes Bowman.
    Memorials may be made to the Cancer Society.
