Davin Blayne Mercer was born August 11, 2002, at Ardmore, Okla. He departed this life Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at Ardmore.
Davin was full of joy and happiness. He glowed with love for his family and others. His favorite thing to do was to watch cartoons on his DVD player. Davin had a wonderful boyish personality and he would always laugh when his siblings got into trouble. He communicated well with everyone around him and was the anchor of his family. The daily calls he received meant so much to him, especially from his Gran Gran when she would sing to him. He loved his Nana, Granny and Gran Gran very very much and he certainly touched all of his family with his love, happiness and strength.
Those who preceded him in death were his grandfather, Johnny Mercer; great-grandfathers, Lloyd Thompson, J.L. Hacker, Bobby Morrison and Bill Hammertree; and great-grandmothers, Tiny Thompson and Jeanie Morrison.
Survivors include his loving parents, Jamie and Misty (Hacker) Mercer of the home; siblings, Macey Glenn and husband, Josh of Ringling, Sydney Mercer, Marina Mercer, both of Pryor, Zoe Mercer and Johnny Joe Mercer, both of the home; niece, Aleeyah Glenn; grandparents, D.J. and Sharon Nell of Ringling, Randy and Shelly Hacker of Wilson; great-grandparents, Virginia Hammertree and Virginia Hacker, both of Wilson; and numerous other family and friends.
Pallbearers are Kelly Perkins, Dusty Hacker, Shane Cox, Joe Stoker, Colt Perkins and Holston Cox.
    Honorary bearer is Danya Miller.
