    3 tablespoon olive or extra-virgin oil
    3 tablespoon orange juice
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    pepper, black ground, to taste
    8 cups watercress — about 5-ounces, tough stems removed, or mixed salad greens
    4 cups watermelon — seedless, diced
    1/4 cup — onion, red, thinly sliced
    2 ounces goat cheese — crumbled
    1/2 cup hazelnuts, —chopped and toasted
    1. Whisk oil, orange juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Add watercress, watermelon and red onion; toss to coat.
    2. Divide among five plates. Top with goat cheese and hazelnuts to serve.
