Memorial services for Terri ReNee King, 50, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Brad Taylor officiating. Terri was born September 13, 1962, in Watonga, Okla., to Ronald and Sandra "Grandma Toots" Poppe. She received her wings and went to Heaven April 16, 2013, at the local hospital. She and Jim Gray were married in 1979; they welcomed their daughter, Wendy Jo, in June of 1981.
Terri was a jokester. She loved to make people smile and laugh. She especially loved to joke and play with her three granddaughters whom she would often entertain with silly jokes, dances, costumes and impersonations. She loved her Dr. Peppers and smokes. Her hobbies included Sudoku, cross stitching and playing with her grandchildren. She loved being in plays at the Goddard Center and was very passionate about living life to the fullest.
She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Jo Gray of Ardmore; her granddaughters, Jaiden McCurley, Reagan McCurley and Karlee McCurley; and aunt and uncle, Dale and Barbara Kirkpatrick.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Poppe; and her brother, Steve Poppe.
