Sites are located at the Senior Citizens Center at 220 13th Ave. SE and the Sutton Center at Ardmore Village, 1550 Knox Road NW.
Monday: Salisbury steak, green peas, mashed potatoes, yeast roll, gravy, fruit salad.
Tuesday: Meat lasagna, tossed green salad with tomatoes, summer squash, garlic bread, melon.
Wednesday: Chicken stir-fry with vegetables, orange slices, brown rice, crackers, peanut butter bars or peanut butter cookies.
Thursday: Baked fish, baked beans, cauliflower with cheese, cornbread or hush puppies, tartar sauce, no-bake cookie.
Friday: Sliced ham, green beans, baked potato, crackers or sliced bread, sour cream, salsa, cheese, strawberry fluff.
Monday: Oven fried chicken strips, black-eyed peas, cooked cabbage, cornbread, gravy, mandarin oranges.
Two percent milk, coffee or tea served daily with meals at the Senior Citizens Center. Iced tea and water served daily with meals at the Sutton Center.
Serving hours at the Senior Citizens Center are from 11:30 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. Residents older than 60 must telephone (580) 223-0450 before 9:30 a.m. on the day they plan to eat at the Center.
Meals are served from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Sutton Center. Those who want to eat are asked to call (580) 223-4174 by 11 a.m. the day before. The cost is $2 per meal. All seniors are welcome.
