LONE GROVE — The festival season will kick off this weekend as funand games are the order of business at Sullivan Park. The Annual Lone Grove Days, hosted by the Lone Grove Kiwanis Club, will feature something for everyone.

Events begin Friday night with a gospel singing and T-ball games and will continue throughout Saturday. A 5K run and breakfast will get the day started off on the right note. Also included in a lineup of activities are a 3-on-3-basketball tournament, horseshoe tournament, entertainment and games throughout the day. Headlining the day's events will be the crowning of Miss Lone Grove Princess at noon. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and come prepared for a great time.
