Children in Ardmore and the surrounding area will have a chance to be part of the annual summer workshop as well as raise money for a good cause, thanks to a partnership with the Ardmore Little Theatre and Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
The Children's Workshop is open for enrollment through May 20 and is designed for kids between the age of 5 and 12. Tuition is $50.
Scholarships are available for those who need it.
The workshop will end in two performances at the Charles B. Goddard Center on June 6 and 7. Admission to the concert is free, but donations will be accepted.
The lobby will open at 6 p.m.
This year's show is titled "Broadway Nights: A Musical Revue," and will feature music from "Rent," "The Little Mermaid," "Wicked," "Mamma Mia!" and more.
The show will be directed by Lucinda Hicks.
This year, in lieu of a juice bar, there will be a lemonade stand in the lobby to help raise money for Childhood Cancer Research.
