NORMAN — University of Oklahoma alumnus Steve Dolman will give the alumni address at the Price College of Business Spring Convocation at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, in the Lloyd Noble Center, 2900 S. Jenkins Ave.
Dolman, who currently resides in Houston, is a graduate of Ardmore High School. He is the son of Marjorie B. Dolman and the late James B. Dolman and grandson of the late Anne and James L. Dolman.
He graduated from OU with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance, his master of arts and master of business administration degrees from the University of Southern California, and his master of international management degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Dolman's address, "Welcome to Your New World," will focus on the impact of internationalization upon the careers of Price College's graduating business students. He currently serves on the Price College of Business Board of Advisors and is a past recipient of OU's Regents' Alumni Award.
Dolman is a senior managing director of Hines and a member of the Hines Capital Markets Group. He is responsible for the firm's fund investments in Latin America and had asset management and project management responsibilities in the Midwest and Southeast regions from 1991 to 1997.
In 1998, he moved to Brazil to help establish Hines' South America region and manage the development of office and industrial projects. Dolman has been responsible for the procurement of investment capital for Latin America totaling over $2.8 billion.
