  • Carolyn Sue Hightower, 62, of Ardmore, Okla., passed away on June 13, 2013, in Ardmore, Okla. Carolyn was born Jan. 5, 1951, to Jyles and Betty Webb.
    Carolyn attended The Lords Church of Ardmore. She owned and operated Bill's Café of Mannsville and Honey Cutt's Family Restaurant in Lone Grove. Carolyn was a loving daughter, mom and grandmother. She took care of her mom for many years. Her first love was her family.
    She is survived by her mother, Betty Jean Harris; two children, Ronnie Hightower and wife, Mindy and Christy Ellis and husband, Don; four grandchildren, Ashton and Ariane, Chase and Chloe, all of Ardmore; and brother, Jim Webb and wife, Karel of Moore.
    Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, Jyles Webb; stepfather, Dutch Harris; and husband, Chuck Honeycutt.
    Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie, Okla. Visitation will be from 1:30 a.m.-9 p.m. and family will receive friends from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. Sunday at John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, 120 S. Broadway, Moore, OK. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore, Okla.
