Linda Jean Musgrove, 61-year-old Vinita resident, passed away Monday, July 15, 2013, at her home located in rural Vinita.
Linda was born Oct. 23, 1951, in Ardmore, to Nolan Eugene and Betty Lou (Ingram) Henry.
Linda attended school in Yuba, Okla., and she married Vernon Musgrove on Oct. 19, 1968, in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. She and her family were members of the White Oak Baptist Church. Linda loved spending time with her grandchildren, going to their school activities. She enjoyed her flowers, and cooking for her family and friends at family gatherings.
Survivors include her husband, Vernon, of the home; her mother, Betty, of Wilson,; grandmother, Ruth Matney of Wilson; daughter Tonya Langley and Trent of Vinita; grandchildren Keeley Janean and Keegan Trent Langley of Vinita; brothers Terry Lynn Henry and Randell Wayne Henry, both of Wilson; sisters Carla Lanette Gillaspy and husband Ray of Ratliff City, Okla., and Betty Michelle Henry and Kimberly Ann Henry, both of Wilson; and a host of friends and relatives.
Preceding her were her father; grandparents Kate Henry, Roy and Dovie Ingram; son Jason Musgrove; brothers Nolan Eugene Henry Jr., Bart Maverick Henry and Ricky Joe Henry; and sister Kathy Henry.
There will be a visitation for Linda from 6-8 p.m. today at Burckhalter Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at White Oak Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Friday, July 19, with Pastor Leland Bartlett officiating.
Pallbearers will be Nolen Henry, Rounder Henry, Keegan Langley, Keaton Henry, Hunter Henry, Kaden Henry, Trent Langley and Ray Gillaspy.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, in Alexander's Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson.
