Services for Deborah K. (Coyle) Hobbie, 58, of Ardmore,, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013, in the Chapel of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Marietta. Officiating will be Bro. Roger Sims.
Mrs. Hobbie was born Feb. 10, 1955, at Gainesville, Texas, the daughter of Betty Ruth (Giles) Shipman and Benjamin Utah Coyle. She passed away Tuesday, July 16, in Mercy Hospital Ardmore.
Mrs. Hobbie had been a resident of Ardmore since 1996, previously making her home in Love County. She and Frank Hobbie were married July 15, 1999, in Gainesville. Mrs. Hobbie was a Walmart associate. Her family was her life, however, she also enjoyed her rose garden. Mrs. Hobbie was of the Methodist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Benny Ray Coyle on April 13, 2008, and Charles Lynn Shipman in 1979.
Survivors include her husband, Frank, of the home; son, Vince Roberts and Regina of Ardmore; five daughters, Cheryl Cayla and fiancé, Mark McAlister, of Lone Grove, Leslie Hobbie Furr and, Jay, also of Lone Grove, Tammy Hobbie and Dennis of Milburn, Frankie Pratt of Durant, and Pamela Hill and, Hollis, of Edmond, Okla.; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. today, and from 8:30 a.m. until service time on Saturday. Family hour is 7 to 8 this evening at the funeral home.
