MARIETTA — Lone Grove struck for 12 hits and starting pitcher Madi Baughman allowed only two over five innings in a 10-0 win against Marietta.

Harley McCutchen had a two-run double in the fifth, Haley McCutchen homered in the fourth, and Lone Grove scored all of its runs in the final three innings. Cheyanna Stepp had three hits to lead Lone Grove.

Harley McCutchen, Ashton Johnson and Beth Hallum each drove in two runs, and Baughman struck out five and walked none in the complete game win for the Longhorns, ranked seventh in Class 4A.

Healdton 11, Rock Creek 3
ROCK CREEK — Healdton scored in every inning of a five-inning run-rule of Rock Creek on Tuesday.

Jessica Kelly had four RBIs and Morgan Fletcher added three hits and three RBIs for the Bulldogs.

Healdton, ranked fifth in Class A, improved to 17-7, something coach Joel Bradberry attributed to the Bulldogs' tough schedule.

"I think that playing good teams early helps," Bradberry said.

Senior Jenna Martin threw four scoreless innings out of five, striking out one and allowing five hits. Martin also added two hits and two RBIs at the plate.

Abbie Etter, Logan Miller, Lexi Gage and Kelly each had two hits, and Healdton had 16 as a team.

Tishomingo 10, Plainview 5
Tishomingo (10-10) moved back to .500 on the season and the Indians' bats stayed hot in a win over Plainview on Tuesday.

Jaysa Northcutt held Plainview to two runs over four innings in the circle, and Tishomingo had 15 hits as a team.

"We've been playing good defense and we've finally got the bats going again," Tishomingo coach Brandon Moreland said. "We're back to being healthy and we're kinda getting back into the groove of things."

Susie Brokaw had three hits and three RBIs to lead Tishomingo. Taylor Wilkinson was 3-for-3, Mikayla Hook drove in two runs, and Hook and Hannah Brokaw each had two hits for Tish.

Cassidy Ray had two doubles and two RBIs, and Mykah Smith was 2-for-4 with two RBIs for Plainview.

DICKSON — Madison Rozzell hit a three-run home run in the sixth inning and held Kingston to just four hits over seven innings in the circle in a win for Dickson.

Rozzell had two hits and three runs scored for the Comets, who led 3-0 after one inning. Kamryn Adams added two RBIs and Kelsie Bidwell was 2-for-3 with two stolen bases for Dickson.

Rachel Adkins was 2-for-3 with a run scored for Kingston.
