MADILL — Wilma Mae Marsh, 94, of Mannsville, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, December 30, 2013, at the Whispering Oaks Nursing Center in Ardmore. She was born on September 20, 1919, in Ardmore, to the late Willie Carl Wood and Ida Bell Thompson Wood. Wilma was raised in the Baum and Greasy Bend area and later moved to Mannsville. She married R.J. Marsh on January 17, 1936, in Mannsville. He preceded her in death on February 28, 2008. Wilma worked for Pruitt Produce in Ardmore for 20 years before retiring. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Mannsville and she enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and quilting.

She is survived by her children, Lex Marsh and wife, Tricia, Ardmore, and Rex Marsh and wife, Barbara, Ardmore; grandchildren, Jacob Marsh, Ardmore, Jill Marsh, Tampa, Florida, Amie Ebarb and husband, Russell, Mannsville, and Jarrod Marsh and wife, Christy, Wilson; and great-grandchild, Cody Marsh.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Watts Funeral Home, Madill. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, January 3, 2014, at the Mannsville Assembly of God Church, Mannsville, Oklahoma. Tom Yeats will officiate the services. Music arranged by Jackie Peoples. Interment will be at the Lone Cedar Cemetery, Mannsville, Oklahoma. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill.
