The Oklahoma Highway Patrol executed an arrest warrant Friday afternoon on Sabrina Graham, 32, as part of an investigation into the disappearance of Molly Miller and Colt Haynes.

OHP Capt. Ronnie Hampton said Graham was arrested pending the felony charge of fraudulent insurance claim and the misdemeanor of false reporting of a crime. The warrants were issued Friday.

Graham is the owner of a car used in a police chase on the night Miller and Haynes was last seen. Hampton confirmed the arrest was in connection with the disappearance.

"The pursuit was on July 7 and the car was found two weeks later," Hampton said. "We were notified the car was damaged and there had not been a police report. We began a hit-and-run investigation in early September to determine who was in the car and who was driving."

Hampton said it was determined that both Miller and Haynes were in the car during the police chase. He also said that it was determined during the investigation that the car had not been stolen and insurance fraud had taken place.

The Lone Grove and Wilson Police Departments assisted on the execution of the warrant. Also assisting on the investigation were Carter and Love County Sheriff Departments, Chickasaw Lighthorse Police, OSBI and the National Insurance Crime Bureau.
