Teri Lynn Kildow, age 47, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, at Ardmore. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at Springer Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Edward Wise officiating. Interment to follow at Springer Cemetery where there is a chance of rain, bring your umbrella, Teri loved the rain.

Teri was born on Aug. 6, 1966, to the late Danny Boone Kildow and Judy A. (Smith) at Ardmore. She graduated from Dickson High School in 1984. She attended Aladdin Beauty School and received her license in cosmetology, then received her certificate as a CMA and became the activity director at Adult Day Service, later worked at Elm Brook Suites in the same capacity. She loved her grandchildren, aka monkies, they affectionately called her "Mimi." Teri enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Making arts and crafts were one of her favorite hobbies. She was a strong, caring, smart and beautiful woman from the inside out. She loved so hard and touched so many lives.

She will always be greatly loved and missed by all of her family and friends. Teri is now in God's Paradise, smiling her beautiful smile and dancing with her baby boy and all of the Angels.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Kildow; her father, Danny Boone Kildow; sister, Denise Salzman; her first love, Rex Barnes Jr.; and her grandparents, Dortha and Jesse Boone Kildow.

Teri is survived by her mother, Judy (Smith) Stepp of Springer; daughter, Shauna Jacobs and fiancé, Justin Skiles of Cleburne, Texas; son, Chance Jacobs of Springer; grandparents, W.R. and Othell Smith of Ardmore; grandchildren, Dawson "Sugarbear" Eiland, Makenzie "Teenie" Eiland, Kaylynn Skiles, Nathan Skiles, Addison "Gracie" Jacobs, Haylien Alford and Kason Elijah; sister, Kelly Putnam of Seagoville, Texas; and brothers, Ryan Stepp of Springer, Clay Salzman of Ardmore, Scott Kildow of Garland, Texas, and Sean Kildow of Garland, Texas.

Serving as pallbearers are Ryan Stepp, Clay Salzman, Michael Holt, Sean Jacobs, Brian Lindsey and Reagan Jacobs.
