Carri LeAnn Stichert, age 39, passed away on Jan. 11, 2014, at her home in Lone Grove. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, in The Chapel at Griffin-Hillcrest Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Ardmore.
Carri was born on July 1, 1974, at Ardmore to Charles Hale and Ronnell (Loveless) Hale. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, C.D. Hale and Martha Cunningham.
Carri attended school in Madill and Ardmore. She married William Darrell Stichert on Dec. 28, 1991, in Ardmore. She devoted herself to being a homemaker and mother, and following her husband’s military career to Camp LeJeune, N.C.
They moved back here in 1995, where they have lived since.
Carri loved playing games on the computer, loved playing with her dogs, and will be remembered as a giving person. She was always willing to help and had a lot of love for all whom she met.
She is survived by her husband, William Darrell Stichert, of the home, two daughters; Brittni Stichert and Jalen Stichert, all of Lone Grove. Her father, Charles Hale, and wife, Joni, of Madill, mother, Ronnell, and husband, Richard Dove, of Lone Grove. Maternal grandparents; Arietta Poling of Ardmore and Garland Loveless of Moore. Two brothers; Brandon Hale of Lone Grove and J.W. Hale of Madill, and two sisters; Tara Hale of Lone Grove and Jill Love of Dickson, and a host of family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be C.D. Hale, Chris Hale, Tyler Owen, Roger Murphy, Chris Ramsey, and Mark McLaird.
Family visitation will be held on Wednesday evening, Jan. 15, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Griffin-Hillcrest Funeral Home.
