Oklahoma’s statewide gas price average hit $3.47 Tuesday, the highest it has been since Sept. 15, 2013, according to FuelGaugeReport.AAA.com.

“It’s been a steady, slow march upward,” said Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma. “For the past month, the price has been in the $340 to $347 range. It’s hard to believe the state average for regular was below $3 as recently as the day after Christmas last year.”
