Dr. Adam Savage, a pain management physician, has joined Mercy Clinic Ardmore.
Savage grew up in Oklahoma and graduated from Purcell High School. He attended the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering before attending medical school at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Savage completed his residency and fellowship in anesthesiology and pain management at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas.
Describing his philosophy for treating patients Savage said,  “I believe in a personalized and thorough approach to patient care.
The doctor continued, “Responsible pain management includes empowering the patient through education, safe and effective options and incorporating a multimodal treatment plan. This personally tailored approach helps patients regain their quality of life lost to chronic pain.”
Talking about his decision to join Mercy Clinic Ardmore, Savage said, “I’m excited to have the opportunity to raise my family in Oklahoma and being instrumental in building a successful pain management clinic for southern Oklahoma.”
Savage, his wife and the couple’s three children reside in Ardmore.
