Ardmore insurance agent awarded for customer service

Allstate announced it will recognize Ardmore insurance agency owner Barry Bowker with the Flying High Award for being one of the top agents in Oklahoma in customer service, as determined by customers.
The Flying High Award is determined by a survey sent out to an agent’s customer base. The survey asks customers questions regarding the level of service they receive from their Allstate agent. The answers range from “very satisfied” to “not at all satisfied.” The surveys are then evaluated using the Agency Loyalty Index, which measures the level of customer loyalty.
The Flying High Award is presented to agents who demonstrated a high level of customer service and are among the top 12 percent of agencies in the Southwest region, which includes Arizona, Utah, Oklahoma, Nevada and New Mexico. Bowker was one of 38 Allstate agents in Oklahoma to receive this award.
