The Board of Directors of First Nation­al Bank & Trust of Ardmore is proud to announce the promotion of the following employees:

 

Lisa Armstrong, As­sistant Vice President, is a native of Lone Grove. She is a gradu­ate of Lone Grove High School, and earned an Associates in Business from Murray State College. She worked at Bacon Transport Com­pany as an Account Payable Manager be­fore joining First Community Bank of Lone Grove in 1983. Armstrong worked as a Loan Secretary and Compliance/Credit File Officer. When the banks merged in 1996, she worked as Loan Administrative Assistant and Assistant Cashier. After transferring to the main bank in 1999, Armstrong continued as a Loan Admin­istrative Assistant and now works in the Compliance Department and assists with employee training in lending. Armstrong and her husband James have a son Parker, 17 years old, who attends Lone Grove High School, and daughter Lyndsay of Lone Grove. They are members of Lone Grove Assembly of God.

Janice Bond, Assis­tant Cashier, is a na­tive of Wilson, Okla­homa, and a graduate of Wilson High School. She worked at the Bank of Wilson for 5 ½ years before joining First National Bank in 1989. She has 26 1/2 years of banking expe­rience as Bank teller, Loan Secretary, Credit Files, Loan Collections, New Accounts, and Customer Service. She was recently appointed as manager of the 12th Street Branch of First Nation­al Bank. Bond’s son Brian is 14 years old and is a freshman at Wilson High School. They are members of the Lone Grove Assembly of God.


Mark Brown, Assis­tant Cashier, is from Durant, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Col­bert High School, and grew up on a farm in Southern Oklahoma. He attended Grayson County College. Brown worked for Davis Ani­mal Hospital and Al­coa Building Products before joining First National Bank & Trust in 2001 as the Purchasing Agent and Fa­cilities Manager for all nine branches. Brown and his wife of 31 years, Jan, have two daughters who live in Spring, Texas,
and Sherman, Texas.



Kim McLaughlin, Assistant Cashier, is from Dickson, Okla­homa, and is a gradu­ate of Dickson High School. McLaughlin began her banking career with First Na­tional in 2005. She has served as a teller at the main branch, and as Human Resource Administrative Assis­tant.
Before joining First National Bank & Trust, she worked as Assistant Manag­er for Stage for three years, and Kmart in the Administrative Office for 10 years. McLaughlin’s husband, Eric, is em­ployed by Sam Roberts Noble Foundation and is also on the Dickson Volunteer Fire Department. They have two girls, Megan, 17 years old, and Abby, 14 years old. They both attend Dickson schools.

Brenda Mize, Assis­tant Vice President, is from Springer, Okla­homa, and is a gradu­ate of Springer High School. She joined First National Bank & Trust in 1990 as a teller. She served as Main Bank drive in Teller Supervisor, 12th Street Teller, Airpark Teller Supervisor, Ad­ministrative Assistant, and Customer Service. She transferred to the Main Bank, and is now Client Servic­es Supervisor where she opens all types of retirement and deposit accounts, and is support for internet and bill pay ser­vices, cash management and merchant services. Mize and her husband Brad have two sons, Brad Jr., and Brett Mize. Mize is clerk of Springer Missionary Baptist Church, President of Springer School Board, and a member of the Lone Grove Riding Club.


Christine Ryland, Assistant Vice Presi­dent, joined First Na­tional Bank & Trust in 2009 as Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. She works in investment account­ing and reconciliation, and assisting invest­ment
clients. She is a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, and a graduate of the University of WI – Eau Claire (BBA) in Sales and Marketing. She graduated from the University of Minn. – Carlson School of Management (MBA) with a finance concentration. She com­pleted her Finance internship with Tar­get Corp., and moved to Justin, Texas. in 2005 where she worked for Bell Helicop­ter Commercial Division. She is married to David Ryland, who is a pilot for Eagle Med of Ardmore.

 

Vicky Tyler, Vice President and Trust Officer, is a native Ardmoreite. She is a graduate of Ardmore High School, and at­tended the University of Oklahoma. Tyler began her career at First National Bank in 1974. She started in the bookkeeping de­partment, and became Loan Secretary and Administrative Assistant to the President. She attended the Intermediate School of Banking in Stillwater, and the Can­non School in Myrtle Beach She has also worked with Customer Securities, Fed Funds, the Wire Transfer Department, and joined the Trust Department in 2000. Vicky is Co-Director of The First National Bank First Ladies Organization. She and her husband Vaughn have two daughters, Melanie and Sarah. They are members of First Baptist Church.
