Lisa Armstrong, Assistant Vice President, is a native of Lone Grove. She is a graduate of Lone Grove High School, and earned an Associates in Business from Murray State College. She worked at Bacon Transport Company as an Account Payable Manager before joining First Community Bank of Lone Grove in 1983. Armstrong worked as a Loan Secretary and Compliance/Credit File Officer. When the banks merged in 1996, she worked as Loan Administrative Assistant and Assistant Cashier. After transferring to the main bank in 1999, Armstrong continued as a Loan Administrative Assistant and now works in the Compliance Department and assists with employee training in lending. Armstrong and her husband James have a son Parker, 17 years old, who attends Lone Grove High School, and daughter Lyndsay of Lone Grove. They are members of Lone Grove Assembly of God.
Janice Bond, Assistant Cashier, is a native of Wilson, Oklahoma, and a graduate of Wilson High School. She worked at the Bank of Wilson for 5 ½ years before joining First National Bank in 1989. She has 26 1/2 years of banking experience as Bank teller, Loan Secretary, Credit Files, Loan Collections, New Accounts, and Customer Service. She was recently appointed as manager of the 12th Street Branch of First National Bank. Bond’s son Brian is 14 years old and is a freshman at Wilson High School. They are members of the Lone Grove Assembly of God.
Mark Brown, Assistant Cashier, is from Durant, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Colbert High School, and grew up on a farm in Southern Oklahoma. He attended Grayson County College. Brown worked for Davis Animal Hospital and Alcoa Building Products before joining First National Bank & Trust in 2001 as the Purchasing Agent and Facilities Manager for all nine branches. Brown and his wife of 31 years, Jan, have two daughters who live in Spring, Texas, and Sherman, Texas.
Kim McLaughlin, Assistant Cashier, is from Dickson, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of Dickson High School. McLaughlin began her banking career with First National in 2005. She has served as a teller at the main branch, and as Human Resource Administrative Assistant. Before joining First National Bank & Trust, she worked as Assistant Manager for Stage for three years, and Kmart in the Administrative Office for 10 years. McLaughlin’s husband, Eric, is employed by Sam Roberts Noble Foundation and is also on the Dickson Volunteer Fire Department. They have two girls, Megan, 17 years old, and Abby, 14 years old. They both attend Dickson schools.
