Santa Fe Cattle Co. in Ardmore has experienced record sales for the company, running at 18-22 percent higher during the first four weeks than other new locations.
The Ardmore store opened May 19 at the corner of 12th Avenue and Rockford Road, ringing up sales of more than $110,000 for the first week.
“All of our new stores have outstanding opening sales numbers, which after a normal leveling off period generate over $3 million in annualized sales,” said Santa Fe Founder and Chairman Danny York.
The company plans to add 10 new locations this year and 12 additional restaurants in 2009, doubling the number of current locations. Facilities are now under construction with openings slated in Ada and Bixby.
