On Oct. 10, the Ardmore Multiple Sclerosis group had the opportunity to attend the Clay Walker concert at WinStar Casinos. The group had 10 people attend the concert and some had the opportunity to meet Walker.
Walker, a country western singer was born in Beaumont, Texas.
He made his first album in 1993, and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1996 at the age of 26. He started the “Band against MS” in 2003.
The band is a charity organization to raise money for MS research and programs and to raise awareness about the disease.
