Those who want to vote in the Aug. 11 Marshall County District Three Special Primary Election have until next Friday to register.
Marshall County Election Board Secretary LaRue Wilhite said applications for voters who have never been registered to vote before or who aren’t currently registered in the county of their residence and need to update their registration information may apply by filling out and mailing an Oklahoma Voter Registration Application form in time for it to be postmarked no later than Friday, July 17.
Wilhite said any applications postmarked after July 17 will be processed, but those voters would not be able to vote in the special election.
Voter registration application forms are available at the County Election Board office located at the Marshall County Courthouse, room 301, and at most post offices, tag agencies and public libraries in the county. You can also access the application online at www.elections.state.ok.us.
